Duncan Aviation Health Screening Options To help you achieve and maintain good health, Duncan Aviation is providing you and your spouse with various health and wellness opportunities. You may participate in the program by obtaining a screening at the Marathon Health Center, your family doctor, or by submitting a laboratory voucher. Please see below for additional details on how you can improve your current score. Marathon Health Center You may obtain a biometric screening by visiting your local Duncan Aviation Family Health Center to have a clinician perform the required tests*. To schedule an appointment at the Marathon Health clinic, please click on the button below. Click Here Physician Form If you visited your physician or medical provider between January 1, 2020 and August 28, 2020, and had the required tests* performed, you and your physician or medical provider can complete an Offsite Biometric Health Screening form. You may also obtain a biometric screening by visiting your local Duncan Aviation Family Health Center to have a nurse perform the required tests*. Once your offsite screening form is complete, you are responsible for faxing or uploading the document following the submission instructions outlined on the form. Please note that the blood sample is obtained via venous blood draw and not all LabCorp locations perform all necessary tests.
